They made a passport for a child. Many thanks to the staff, they did not bring several copies of important documents, entered the situation and did everything on the spot. Everyone writes about the lack of places in the online queue, this is some kind of nonsense, places were and are day after day (they were recorded twice through the website https://e-consul.gov.ua , confirmed via monobank) I will attach a screenshot with proof that there are places!!! The staff are very polite and helpful people, which is not the case with the queue.… Yelling and behaving inappropriately, help your friends, learn how to use the phone and communicate!!!

Therefore, you need to come and personally find out about your situation. Someone solves their problem within a month (rarely less), someone for six months (far from one case). But here are the basic tips. If you have time and you are not in a hurry, then you can make an appointment (six months in advance) and come by appointment without standing in queues. But as for me, it makes no sense, since you won't decide anything in a day anyway and you'll still go first-come, first-served. It's pointless to call to find out something, no one has picked up the phone in 2 months of calls. But someone managed to get through. It's better to come on Thu-Fri. Most often, there are fewer people at this time, and they come with quick questions. And as if the employees themselves are working faster, since the working day is short) So Thu-Fri are great days. But there is a risk of not being in time, of course. I personally came for the first time on Tuesday, stood all day and didn't have time for anything at all. Those who are from Gyumri need to leave on the morning flight at 7:00 to Yerevan, otherwise it is almost pointless to go. If there is not much money, it is better to settle in Hrazdan. It's faster to get from there. It is unpleasant to get from Gyumri. The employees themselves are adequate if they are treated adequately. But, unfortunately, not everyone understands this and sometimes employees are provoked by the citizens themselves in the morning and, therefore, they are evil. I have already come 4 or 5 times in 3 months (I have a difficult case) and they never answered me rudely, they always smiled. I give 3 stars for the long wait for the recording, for the fact that you are waiting on the street, and not in the visit, and for the fact that you really don't learn anything on the site. But when you come in turn, you will find out 100% everything. It is better to prepare all the questions in advance! Good luck to all :)

It's hard to get in. They only work with those who have signed up. There is little information on the site and everything turns out by the campaign. However, if your question was not resolved on the day of the appeal, then you can come in the following days without an appointment. If sets of documents were described in detail on the website for each service and application forms were attached, then the queue would move 2-3 times faster. Payment details for services are issued after the entire set is assembled and they are confident that they will be able to provide the service. The documents are accepted by an Armenian woman. On the one hand, it keeps everyone on the street in suspense, but normally communicates directly at the reception. For example, the phrase "I don't accept anyone else" can turn into "oh, it's you - you're coming through." It would be nice for her to put an external camera so that she could see how many people and who are on the street. And it would be better to coordinate the queue. There would be less dissatisfaction "outside the door". It is better to come early, because recording does not exclude a live queue. And it's hard to know when the "crowd" will let you in. My question was finally solved in 2 days, although there was a chance that I would have to come again. And thanks for that.

I signed up for a foreign passport on the website for half a year, and on the day of registration it turned out that they did not issue it at all. And why is there such a feature on the site at all? On the reception day, they were not even allowed inside, citing technical problems. It was impossible to get through on the phone, I could only after two hours with an auto-dial for every 5 seconds.

I wouldn't put a single star like that. But I want to share and warn you. Firstly, we recorded from JULY TO DECEMBER. It is impossible to get through. The recording was on December 1st, we came. We need to get a foreign passport. They turned it around, asked for a certificate of entry (according to which document they entered). We came in the general queue after 2 weeks, since the certificate is made 5-10 days. But alas, they are unfolding. The certificate must be notarized (namely, the translation from Armenian into Ukrainian). Although it is not written anywhere. Okay, we're done, we'll come back next week. And this day is fixed: We show a copy of the internal passport, we are told, certificates, etc. And we are told that we can forget about the passport. Do you know why? But because it has been overdue since October (turned 25 years old) Then the questions went on: why didn't you come earlier (we answered that by appointment), why didn't you call (you couldn't get through to them, but they told us to our face that we were lying) and the dessert itself, why didn't you get a passport before? Did they help us in our situation? No Only accusations that our documents are false (although all documents and certificates are real) Complete injustice and rudeness. If anything, they won't let us out of Armenia, since we only have an internal passport. And the only thing that was offered to us was to go through identification and get a white passport (we have been here for six months) to return to Ukraine. Or also go through identification and arrange an appointment with the Istanbul Consulate in order to make an internal document. We have to contact Istanbul ourselves, arrange an appointment, and it's not a fact that the border guards will accept us in Istanbul. At such a time, it is important to remain human, and as a result, people who can help become enemies. I also couldn't resolve the issue of a full package of documents, because there is only one information on the embassy's website, but in fact we need others. And he also tells me that I'm wasting his time, despite the fact that I was registered in the email queue. We did not have enough photos and did not have a certificate of residence in Armenia. And the fact that we came to Armenia from Russia generally took him beyond the boundaries of ethics... And we are from the occupied territory of the Zaporozhye region. instead of a normal attitude towards their citizens, they demonstrate such hostile behavior . And with such representatives of the Ukrainian authorities, there is no need for enemies. Shame on You, employees of the Armenian embassy for such an attitude towards the citizens of Ukraine!!!!
