The prices are high, but they are fully justified by the high quality of service and cuisine.

The food is not delicious. We are always loyal to the price if the dish is interesting, both visually and in taste. It turned out that the price seemed to be above average, but there was no taste, and this applied to two of the three dishes ordered (there are no questions about the fish container, it was beautiful and delicious). And yes, on a holiday, it's understandable to have a long waiting time, there are no complaints here either, but bringing hot food barely warm, even closer to cold, is disrespectful to the guest.
The service guy, the waiter, did not know the menu, he put my dish to my husband, my husband to me, despite the fact that before he did it, he clarified who it was for. The girl who took the drink order was great, she suggested cocktails, served them beautifully, and promptly accepted the additional order. Live music is also cool and atmospheric.
Unfortunately, the hostess did not provide the number of our car to leave the parking lot, and we waited 10 minutes in front of the barrier for this information to reach the guards. Unpleasant.

So, an institution that positions itself as a "premium" (a liter of water will cost 112 rubles. - 28 rubles. for a 0.25 bottle. No kidding).

But then the criteria for the place will be of the same level.
1. On the positive side: it's convenient to get there. Excellent service from the waiters. They're really trying!
2. Things you wouldn't expect to find there.: tablecloths with holes (and holes were found on two of the two tables)
3. The tinting on the glasses is scratched, which makes them look old.
4. Unfair menu. There is not even an orientation by the weight of the dishes. In fact, the portions are so small (!) that after soup and hot it feels like you haven't eaten anything.
5. In the soup, in which three types of mushrooms were promised according to the menu, in fact, only chanterelles floated.
6. Beef cheeks are very bitter, as if the surface has been burned. The same aftertaste from demiglas.
7. Filet mignon looks like it was cut with a plastic knife - with a huge hole in the center of the piece.
8. Live music, but the volume is too loud. At the opposite end of the hall from the stage, it is impossible to speak without raising your voice.
9. In general, "from the premium" you are guaranteed only the manners of a "goddess" at the reception.
10. I came home hungry and angry and had to order delivery.
Would anyone have persuaded me to go there again?

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel and decided not to go far for dinner.

But why go with cheese and raw vegetables? Haven't you heard the pesto?
I'm an artist - that's how I see it: it rolls where the cook's cooking level is clearly above average.
The pasta was disgusting, we ate practically nothing. Even the lemonade didn't brighten up the dinner, sour and about nothing.
After this place, we went to another one to really have a delicious and enjoyable evening.
The service is a separate story. The landing was 30% percent. The waiters went back and forth, and even the plaid was served to us the second time. Customer orientation is 0, they just don't know about it here.
The cost of the dishes for their disgusting quality and taste is unreasonably high.

Disgusting attitude towards the guests. Since we stayed for 10 days at the Hilton, and wanted to eat advertised 60-day dry steaks in our own hotel, we booked a table at the Ember restaurant on Saturday, June 15, at 17 o'clock for 4 guests. Upon arrival, we received a menu to study, but after that, for more than 20 minutes, none of the waiters deigned to come to our table to take the order. At the same time, there were 2 tables in the whole establishment, in addition to ours. The waiters were cleaning and preparing other tables, spreading a path at the entrance, talking among themselves, but they did not come up to us. Our menus were closed on the table, we were sitting at the table leaning back in our chairs, periodically turning towards the waiters and trying to meet their eyes, but there was no result. After we got up and left together, the hall staff looked at us with smiles, but no one bothered to clarify what was the reason for our departure. At the exit, the hostess, without looking up from the phone, after our 30-minute unsuccessful stay in the institution, only briefly asked us "what happened", without even trying to get up from her seat and find out the real reason for the departure of 4 guests. We were not asked for the phone number from which the table was booked, nor the hotel room numbers, nor any other information. They just showed complete indifference, first to our appearance, and then to our departure. Apparently, the management of the restaurant is either not interested in guests, or is unable to recruit competent employees. The manager is clearly unable to explain the priorities of the service to the staff. Moreover, in the cafe on the ground floor of the same hotel, such questions did not even come close. The place is advertised as a place where aged steaks are served, but we never managed to try them. At the same time, if you put prices at the level of, to put it mildly, not the cheapest establishments, at least in Moscow, then it would be nice to match them not only in terms of the cost of dishes, but also in terms of the quality of service. In an institution with similar rates, employees simply have to understand when to take an order, and when to prepare the hall and communicate with each other, and also know that they are supposed to take an order from those who have already come to you, and then prepare for the reception of those who have not yet arrived. We have not encountered such an attitude in any simpler restaurant within walking distance from the Minsk gallery.
As a result, we had to order dinner for everyone through the room service in the room. That's the kind of evening we spent at the restaurant.

1. I booked in advance, plus they dialed me twice on the day of the visit to check if everything was valid. But the fact that we have only 1.5 hours (due to the high workload) was reported only on the spot.

- The size of the dishes is negligible (the dish in the photo is octopus with dranik. 60p.)

In addition to the octopus, beef cheeks were taken.
Two stars solely because of the good impressions, after celebrating a corporate party here in the past, and for the apology for waiting in the form of two glasses of sparkling wine.
Oh, and the cocktails aren't bad.
But it's too little to come back here sometime. The institution does not correspond at all to how it positions itself.
As a result, the hungry ones went to a proven place, where the dishes were delivered in 15 minutes, and it was very tasty. It's also three times cheaper .

It started to rain, they moved us to the center of the hall, I would never have chosen this table on my own, everyone was walking around, touching us, a very uncomfortable location (
Chateaubriand is a piece of rubber meat.
The choice of desserts is small. The "chocolate dessert" tasted like chocolate from a communal apartment.
The whole situation was saved by a very pleasant, courteous waiter and good wine.

Interestingly, by 9 p.m., half of the menu was gone. We ordered cocktails, tartare and a fruit plate. Only the cocktails were delicious. Tartar turned out to be tasteless. A fruit plate is generally a shame, 80% of the plate was occupied by a stand inside it. And the fruits are like something from euroopt, all hard, sour and not ripe.
