I've been a regular customer for almost a year now, and I couldn't get enough of the fact that such a good salon opened next to my house. But recently I signed up for a manicure with a coating and a pedicure without a coating and with a foot treatment. The day before the recording, they wrote to me as usual to confirm the recording (I had it at 17:00). The next day, they write to me again and ask if I can reschedule for 4 p.m. I reply that I won't make it, but I can try by 4:50 p.m. (I think maybe the master has a big window because of me). I immediately rush to the salon after work and really make it to 16:50. After the manicure starts, when the master asks what we will do, I say that I want French. And it turns out that we don't have time for it, because I just signed up for a manicure and I already have an appointment for 19:00. I'm surprised that only 2 hours are allocated for manicures and pedicures, I start watching the program in which I was recorded, and there is 1 hour and 30 minutes for manicure, and 40 minutes for pedicure, for a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes for two procedures, where does the record for 19:00 come from? And then it turns out that what I said, that I would try earlier, was perceived as the fact that I would definitely arrive at 16:50. It's good that I wasn't detained at work and I didn't have force majeure, otherwise I might not have made it and then I do not know how I would have done everything. In the end, we made it in time, BUT if I had broken nails, if any unforeseen circumstances had arisen, we would not have made it! It's a shame for French, too, because I'm signing up for a month and I still don't know exactly what kind of manicure I'm going to do. In general, the sediment remained, I still perceived this place as a salon, not a conveyor belt. There are no questions for the master - 5⭐️ everything is great and thank her so much that she was able to do everything at the proper level in 2 hours.
