We had a rest with my husband at the Emerald Bay Hotel from 24.09-08.10.25. The room was a deluxe large double bed, with views of the mountains and the city, 11th floor. I liked the hotel, the linen and towels are snow-white. Daily wet cleaning, the floor was swept and washed every day. Towels were changed every day, bed linen after 2, 3 days. The staff is friendly, the room was extended until 16:00 without any problems, because there was a late check-out. Several times, gold jewelry and money were left on the table, no one took anything. The breakfasts are good, there is a large selection of dishes, you will not stay hungry, there was crocodile meat 4 times. There is a swimming pool on the 28th floor, clean, good water, I swam there every day and there was no one there. The beach is across the street. The Chinese were there for a couple of days, but I couldn't hear them. The hotel is located in the southern part of the city. We are planning the same hotel next year. Vietnam is my love!!!

An ordinary normal city hotel in a resort town. There are 4 elevators, which sometimes have queues. Absolutely not large rooms for living. Due to the high traffic, the rooms look tired, although the staff tries to monitor the condition of the furniture and cleanliness. There are few hooks in the bathroom. Stains on the couch. But a great comfortable bed and pillows with snow-white linens. The pool on the 28th floor is very small, guests come from the sea in the sand and dive there. There is a children's room - it's enough to keep the baby busy for a while. The gym is small. The weakest point is breakfast. It's not a cozy room, there's enough food, but everything is not very tasty. Even the omelet is kind of bland. The location of the hotel is just behind the Queen Ann, almost the first line. The road between the hotel and the beach is military, you have to show courage and perseverance every time to cross it. The beach is wide, and there are always free deck chairs in the morning. The sea is clear and pleasant in the morning, it gets cloudy after lunch. In general, you can stop, it's not a shame for such a small amount of money. Simple rooms start from 2,600 rubles.

A good hotel on solid 4. I really liked living in a room for two with a bathroom and a shower, with a balcony (you can't call a balcony because of its small size) We had breakfast in the restaurant on the third floor. The dishes were varied, soups, second courses, porridges, omelets, fruits, vegetables, pastries, yoghurts, various drinks (very tasty coffee with condensed milk). The room was clean and cozy. They provided bathrobes, towels, and rubber slippers for the shower. The air conditioner was working properly throughout the rest period. The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, but they communicate with a translator by phone. Everyone understood everything. There are a lot of Russian speakers in the shops in the city. The beach is across the street (100-200 meters) From the hotel on the beach there are sun beds (tired in small numbers) and towels for free. We really enjoyed our vacation in this place

There are no questions about it at all, mini balcony, bathtub, shower, large bed, sea view But there are disadvantages that negate the entire vacation. 1. It is not possible to lie on deck chairs on a private beach. Out of 10 pieces! As if the hotel has 25 floors, this is extremely small! Everything is always busy, no matter what time you get up. Moreover, towels are not always available. So you're standing at 7 a.m. without a lounger and a towel. 2. The breakfasts are not delicious, from the word at all. Everything here is designed for tourists from China and Korea (there are an incredible number of them here) 3. There are 4 elevators in total. It's not coming, it's not leaving. We had the 25th floor, and every time it was some kind of hard labor. There are a lot of tourists from China and Korea, which is very noisy and very crowded If you want to spend your entire vacation in a nice room, I recommend it!

A normal hotel for your money. They check in at exactly 14, and they take their passports as collateral. The towels and bed linen are snow-white, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. It's tiny, but we only slept there. The room had no balcony, there were no dryers, and things were dried on hangers in the closet (it was warm there from the refrigerator). The breakfasts are tasteless, they change every day, they are designed for Chinese, but you can find something.

We had a rest in June 2025. Our room is 2501 on the 25th floor with a sea view, we paid extra at home. The room is spacious. Breakfasts for every taste: soups, porridges, scrambled eggs, omelets, salads, lots of vegetables and fruits, rice, noodles, meat, national cuisine, sweets, tea, coffee ready and from the vending machine. The hotel is mostly Russian-speaking and Chinese-speaking. We recommend the hotel!

We stayed at the hotel in May 2025. The hotel is not bad. But with special features. For some reason, it is the duty of tourists to monitor the availability of towels, bathrobes, slippers, and cups in the room. That is, if you come to the room after cleaning, count it. They even gave us instructions on how much we should keep in the room and count it after cleaning. There was no other concern on vacation - to monitor the correctness of the work of the hotel staff. They recalculated it regularly, nothing was missing, and the hotel's goods were kept intact:) Slippers, if you are counting on such a service, should not be used. They are not disposable, but reusable rubber slippers. The robes weren't even unwrapped. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed, drinking water is replenished, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and other consumables are updated as needed. Nothing special. But the bed linen has not been changed even once (12 nights). It was only after the trip that we read in the reviews that we had to ask for a change of bed linen. In general, the maintenance of the room is your concern on vacation. There is nowhere to dry swimsuits in the room. Other items can be deposited in the laundry room opposite the hotel. 4 o'clock - you get your laundry washed. Inexpensive, the quality is acceptable, but you should not rent premium items. It is not possible to use the hotel's sun beds on the beach. Although an employee (of this particular hotel, the one who gave out beach towels) once offered one sunbed for money. They did not take advantage of his offer. There are three of us:) And there's nothing to pay for - the sun beds are not too comfortably arranged, very tightly, and the condition of the mattresses on the sun beds leaves much to be desired. There were always beach towels. A beach towel is provided once a day. You leave the beach and hand over a towel to the employee. The breakfasts are acceptable. We didn't stay hungry, but the food wasn't usual for breakfast. Rice, pork, soups of some kind. Of the more usual, there are tiny yogurts, an omelet is prepared, the pastries are meager, and there are a lot of fruits. The coffee is so-so at the hotel. If groups have stopped by, there may be problems with seats in the restaurant, using the elevator. It is not possible to use the stairs. There is no floor numbering on the stairwells. Apparently it is provided only for emergency evacuation. The location of the hotel is not bad. The water in the sea is cleaner in this part of the city, as the river flows into the northern part. The hotel is not on the first line, but there is no particular difference between the 1-3 lines. The distance is not important, all the hotels are across the street, the beach is shared. Restaurants and coffee shops are better in the central part of the city. It's not far on foot.

A very good hotel for your money. There were three of us and we chose a two-room family room with stunning sea views. These are two separate rooms with a door between them, i.e. each room had a separate entrance with an electric key, and everything was double-sized: 2 toilets, 2 showers (but 1 bathtub), 2 refrigerators, 2 closets, 2 scales, etc. etc. The room itself was on the 29th floor. It was very clean, there was a welcome fruit bowl when we checked in, there is water, tea, coffee, cocoa, everything is updated every day. There is a swimming pool on the 28th floor, the water is cool, not critical, we swam. There is also a children's room, a small gym, and a SPA where you can get a massage. The breakfasts are not bad, I read somewhere that they are excellent, but no, I would not say that. Of course, there is always something to choose from, you will not stay hungry. One of the disadvantages is the elevator to the 29th floor, because only 2 elevators go up there and they are very slow and work according to some strange scheme. When you arrive at the hotel, do not be alarmed, because the entrance is located in some kind of nook, just behind the very decent Queen Ann Hotel. Across the street is a beach with free sun beds. A towel from the hotel is provided free of charge there. There aren't many sun beds, I don't know if there are enough of them, we were there for 2 days in rainy weather, so the sun beds were free. Maybe they put more of them out in good weather. The hotel itself is not in the center, but a little further away. There are pros and cons to this. One of the advantages is that there is no fuss like in the center. Among the disadvantages: there are fewer different places to eat nearby, it takes longer to get to entertainment, markets and shopping centers, the park along the beach is already ending at this place, it is not comfortable to walk.

The bathroom unit is a glass cube and you will not only hear your roommate, but also see him, since the curtain does not save. The food was terrible and part of the group was poisoned at breakfast. Great hotel! There is a magnificent observation deck on the roof. Two floors below there are two outdoor pools for adults and children, a small gym and a children's room. Friendly staff. The room is clean, cleaning every day, all furniture is new, the bed is snow-white, fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers, there is a bath and shower, as well as toiletries (toothbrushes, paste, cotton buds, combs, disposable razor, shampoo, hair balm, shower gel), plasma TV, safe. At the entrance and exit, a compliment in the form of fruits. One morning they forgot about a million local dong money on the bedside table. In the evening, the room was already cleaned, everything was in place. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. There are a lot of Chinese people in this hotel, but we quickly got used to them, noisy but friendly. The beach is across the street, it's a bit far from the center, but it's not bad, because it's quiet at night, there are no construction sites nearby yet. Of the disadvantages, only the lack of Russian channels (more precisely, only one), but I think so everywhere.

The room itself (24th floor with sea view) is not bad, modern, beautiful, although not very large. The bathroom has excellent plumbing, there is both a shower and a bathtub. There was only one drawback - a very weak water pressure, while in order to wait for hot water, you need to drain 20 liters of cold water (well, the guests do not pay for water on the meter). The view from the window is super! Right on the beach! Beauty! In general, you can advise, provided you have a high floor with a sea view and are not picky about breakfast))
