On the ground floor there are scales for those who buy goods and it is also very convenient. But there are a few nuances, we got into a rather cold period, it rains all day and pours like a bucket, no matter how much they asked to increase the heating, the batteries were heated only for the first hour after the request, then they cooled down and did not warm at all, it was a little cold in the room, and things dried badly. The lack of coolers was also confusing at first, but one is present in the restaurant and this softened the whole situation. There is one small mirror in the room where we lived, maybe in others differently, but I don't think so. We were hoping for the warm air of the air conditioner, but it is not in working condition. We checked into the room during its cleaning, so we managed to see in what condition it was rented by the previous tenants. The whole room is covered with carpet and apparently the maids picked up only big garbage and did not vacuum, there are small specks and garbage everywhere. Towels were not always brought in, and there are small stains on the bedspreads and blankets. There are only two outlets in the room, one by the bed and one at the very front door, and it's not particularly convenient. Judging by the rest of the estimates, apparently we were unlucky with the room, but so, the hotel gets decent 3 stars!
