Excellent location, the center and all the sights are accessible on foot, the metro is 10 minutes away on foot (it is convenient to get from/ to the airport).
Very friendly and helpful staff! They told me everything and helped me navigate all the issues.
They speak English and Russian.
The rooms are clean and cozy.

The hotel is conveniently located, but in the center of a large wholesale market.
We had a smell of sewage in our room from time to time, it wasn't particularly annoying, but it wasn't pleasant either.
Breakfasts for a 3-star four-star hotel, if you arrive after 9 a.m., some dishes run out and they don't bring them anymore.
The rooms are neat and clean, the furniture is all new, cleaned every day.
Two bottles of water, soap and tea bags were given out per day.
The staff is friendly, but without fanaticism.
