It seemed to me that all the mosques in Istanbul are similar from the outside. Eminenu is located on the shore of the Bosphorus next to the pier from where you can go on a boat trip. Mosques are especially beautiful in the evening when the lights turn on.

The square is not too big, crowded, tourists and locals constantly go back and forth, motorcyclists ride (this is normal for Istanbul). They smoke almost everywhere, and there is a smell of smoke mixed with roasted chestnuts and corn. A lot of garbage. But all these disadvantages are due to the people themselves. In general, the square is like a square, next to the entrance to the new mosque and the spice bazaar, on the other side of the road there are tram stops and berths, so there are a lot of people. The underground passage is one continuous flea market, crowding because of this, if someone just needs to cross it across the road, it's not comfortable
