When I arrived at the reception, I noticed that the girls were sitting with a dissatisfied expression on their faces, often distracted by phones and eating right at the workplace. The explanations on the necessary procedures were vague and incomplete. I needed to have an ultrasound of the urinary system, and the cost was 11,000 tenge due to the fact that everything was counted separately.The CT scan of the abdomen cost 16,000 tenge (in another organization), which, in my opinion, is much more profitable. It seems that prices were set in their interests, not for the convenience of patients!

All the classrooms look bad, they are small, and the variety of tools available to specialists is extremely limited. Each doctor sends several times for an X-ray) What for? Just do it, just do it. He writes out a huge list of tests, often without explanation. There are rare cases when you get to a truly good specialist, but I had this once. It is beneficial to visit this medical center only for one-time procedures: nasal rinsing, X-rays (and even that is questionable! the curvature of the septum was revealed only on the 4th X-ray), etc. Waiting on a first-come, first-served basis. It's also more of a minus than a plus. On the plus side, I would also consider round-the-clock work, say, for emergencies. Otherwise, I wish to develop the medical center and specialists! I would only mention Zulfiya Rakhmatova with a good word - the best specialist for all the time of treatment :)

There is a long queue in some offices, everyone is waiting in a narrow corridor, it is not very comfortable. No one answers what will happen to the patient later, the main thing is to snatch money right now, when you go to the #5 maxillofacial hospital you will find out that there is no pus and puncture is prohibited, etc. I advise you not to go to this clinic, do not waste time, nerves and money. I promised myself to write a review (which I usually don't) about the EMIRMED medical center. I am a former medical worker myself. Since 2012, I have not been living in the near abroad at all, but my relatives live in Almaty. Of course, I read a lot on the Internet, as it seemed to me, "horror stories" about the current situation with coronavirus in my Homeland, but I did not think (or hoped) that it might affect my family. My sister, nephew and mother got sick. My sister and nephew recovered quickly enough, but my mother, as it turned out, was seriously ill. Of course, first of all I started using my student connections in finding a place where they can help my mother. I realized that the situation with hospitals is completely unstable, as well as with medicines. My nerves were on edge, and the fact that you were thousands of kilometers away and couldn't help or influence the situation in any way was even more exasperating. I thank God that we got to EMIRMED. Calmly, professionally, my mother was examined, analyzed and placed under constant supervision, and treatment was prescribed. Viral pneumonia, lung damage 45%, saturation 69/70. The calm voice of the doctor assures that everything is under control. Oxygen, ivs, injections, drainage massage, breathing exercises... Saturation is growing every day, mom is already drinking and eating (a week before she couldn't even take crumbs in her mouth). Mom says that everyone at the clinic is caring and kind. More than ten days have passed, repeated X-rays showed good dynamics from the treatment and mom is already at home. The not so good news is that Mom has arthritis, but we will deal with it. Mom will come to EMIRMED for control studies. Now I understand how lucky we are to be in this particular center, I don't think there would be so much attentive approach anywhere else. I know that our doctors and nurses are working hard at this difficult time, thank you for your hard work! Special thanks from the bottom of my heart to our doctor - Mukhamedov Yusup Mezhitovich!
