Good time of day. Today, my daughter and I arrived at this clinic. We've never been here. When I came in, there was a sharp smell from the dining room, especially not very pleasant. We paid for the X-ray appointment. We went down. We went in. Why is it so cold, where is the X-ray done??? My daughter is 9 years old. The guy asked me to take off my clothes completely to the waist, despite the fact that I have a lot of pain. She became very ill. She fainted twice after an X-ray. NO one came up and helped. Imagine NO ONE. My child is ill, I barely pumped her out. She led me out into the corridor. It was unbearably hot and stuffy. Only then did SOMEONE ask to open the window. Horror. Why don't you train the staff to provide first aid? What kind of attitude is this??? It's just that they wrote someone it's unclear. I am very disappointed in this clinic.

An ECG with a cardiologist's opinion was required for the child's admission to the hospital. The service costs 6 thousand tenge. Good. We paid for and underwent an ECG. The cardiologist explained the purpose of our visit and asked in conclusion to indicate that there are no contraindications for anesthesia, but what was my surprise when the doctor said that she could not specify this in the descriptive part, since for this it is necessary to additionally pay 7 thousand tenge for a cardiologist's consultation.🤦🏻♂️🙄
