Everything is fine, at 13:00 I ordered a TV by phone, they brought it in the evening, and now attention for the rest of the online stores, the deliveryman opened the TV, explained everything correctly, turned it on, checked everything, and did not grab the money and run faster to the next customer. Keep it that way and there will be no negative reviews.

I ordered an LG OLED C4 OLED48C4RLA TV from the guys. They said that it would take about 5 days to order, as indicated on the website. They were delivered on time, the courier arrived, took the TV out of the box, checked for defects, everything is clear, I am satisfied!
And a few days later I ordered an Iphone 16 pro from them, was available, chose pickup, because it was convenient for me. After ordering, a few hours later the phone was already at the office, arrived, picked up. Also, everything is fast, clear, and most importantly, courtesy when working with clients.
A decent store with good prices and a range of products. You can safely apply. Recommend👍

I found their advertisement on kufara, called and ordered; it was Saturday, they promised to bring it on Wednesday. There's a callback on Monday, they say, only on Saturday. On Tuesday, the price fell on kufara - I call to ask if it is really reduced - they say no, and we will not bring it before Saturday. Cancelled the order. I ordered through kufar at the price that they also put up. So they raised the price again and
we just canceled the order marked "another reason" - that's it!

I ordered an LG 65QNED TV. They were delivered promptly, on time. But alas, after 10 minutes of work, the TV began to streak and blink with backlight - an outright factory defect. The next day, I went to the store, where the staff very quickly resolved the issue with the supplier and replaced the TV with a new one. Therefore, the mood was spoiled for only one day. So I will recommend this online store to my friends and contact them again!

In short, run away from here and don't order anything. Details below -
I ordered a gasoline generator from the store. It was presented in three stores, including here. It was important to have wheels included with the generator. I called beforehand and found out if this generator is available and if the wheels are included. I received an affirmative answer to all my questions. I ordered it and came to pick it up the next day. When issuing the order, the manager began to claim that the wheels were inside the box and should not be checked, but I insisted and we pulled it out of the box. There were no wheels as a result, but since time was running out, I could not refuse the order. The manager promised to call back the next day and tell if the supplier has them (did not call back). During unpacking, it turned out that the generator would not fit into the car and the manager offered delivery for 30 rubles to anywhere in Belarus. I agreed, but on the condition that the delivery staff would help carry this generator to the building, since its weight is almost 100kg. The store manager convinced me that the transport company provides such a service and he will definitely mark it in the order. He left the money and left. The next day, the transport company called to clarify the delivery time. At the end of the conversation, I decided to make sure that the employees of the transport company would take this generator to the building. To which I received a response from the operator - oh, the store left a request that there is a 20kg box here and not a word about what needs to be carried somewhere, we do not provide such services at all, call the store. After that, I called the store again and asked them to fix it. But, of course, they only corrected the weight.
Realizing that no one would help me get it out of the car and carry it, I found people who would help unload this generator on the spot. All this happened on Friday
On Saturday morning, the courier calls and says he will be there in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes have passed and there is no courier. As a result, he calls a second time and says that he is stuck and will not take this generator to the place, although the road to the delivery point is paved. Again, remotely, I find a person who can drive up to the courier and pick up this generator 30 km from the place where I ordered delivery.
As a result, everything went wrong at all stages of purchase and delivery. I do not advise you to get involved in any case.

Avoid it!!! There is a product marked in stock on the website. After placing the order (split system), they called back and said that they were not available, but we would bring them within 10 days. At the same time, I specifically asked about price fixing, then it makes sense to wait. They replied: "Yes, of course, the price will be the same as in the order." As a result, we called back at the appointed time: is it relevant to you? but the price will be different!!! ... I lost time, the installers were ordered, I had to apologize.
If you're going to get to work, then be responsible for your words. And fight for the customer!!! "WE TAKE CARE OF EVERY CUSTOMER" is not about this "store".

Крайне не рекомендую. Заказал электроинструмент (шуруповёрт ) не дешёвый. ждал два дня. Привезли не ту модель, ну да Бог с ним. Пришлось забрать из за срочной необходимости. В использовании всего неделю, аккумуляторы мертвые. ..... Лежал на складе наверное или на улице неизвестно сколько. Что делать , непонятно.....

Искал телевизор, но хотел проверить перед покупкой. Случайно нашёл магазин с низкими ценами и возможностью предпросмотра. Приехал на самовывоз в центр Минска. Парень, при мне достал с коробки телевизор, включил и настроил. Все четко и быстро. Товар новый, гарантия, чек. Не думал, что ещё где-то могут нормально проконсультировать и рассказать плюсы/минусы. Респект, так держать. Всем советую.
