We ordered the sewing of a small sofa in the salon in Novi Sad, the cost was 2500 €, there was one quality in the salon, but something disgusting was sewn to order - it looks like an air mattress from a Chinese store, all the seams are skewed, all in folds, in one place there is a lot of filler, in another little, horror! One leg is missing, the sofa is swinging. They sent a quality control officer, he unscrewed his leg from the middle, took a picture, but never sent the report to the store. The salon is convinced that everything is fine, the sofa is good, and it should be. I think if an Italian saw such a sofa, he would immediately die of shame for such a disgusting quality. Sellers and employees of the quality department all the time said - Come to the salon, here we will talk. When we arrived, all the sellers we had seen before and talked to hid in the kitchen and did not come out to us, and a new man was already sitting in the salon, who with an intelligent look again led us around the salon and showed us all the crooked seams on the sofas and assured that this was how it should be. We are sorry that we went to your store, preferred to go to Ikea or Emezeta, get the same quality three times cheaper. You should be ashamed of such quality work.
