I visited the Empire sauna complex at 36B Temirbek Kozhakeev St., Almaty. We ordered a sauna for family recreation. Everything is at a high level: the steam room is very well warmed up, the equipment is new, the rest rooms are clean and cozy. I especially liked the service — the staff were attentive, polite, and quickly resolved all issues. The water in the pool is warm, towels and bathrobes were provided without delay. A pleasant atmosphere and high—quality service - an excellent ratio for such money. In general, I was completely satisfied with the visit, I recommend Empire to anyone who wants to have a good rest and relax.

A great place to relax! The sauna complex is spacious, clean and very cozy. The steam rooms are in perfect condition, the heat is just right. I liked that there is a swimming pool, billiards and karaoke — you can have a great time with friends. The service is excellent, the staff is polite and always ready to help. The food in the cafe is delicious, especially the snacks for the sauna. I am glad that it works around the clock, you can come at any time. Quiet area, fresh air, large Parking — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We've already had it several times, and each time there are only positive emotions. We definitely recommend it!

I chose this complex for a vacation with friends and did not regret it. A Russian steam room with good heat, a hammam with a pleasant atmosphere. Karaoke is equipped with high quality, there are a lot of songs, billiards and a tennis table have added variety. I would especially like to mention the employee Yulia — she helped to sort out the services, suggested the time and generally created a comfortable mood. It is clear that the person is in his place. One of the pleasant bonuses is the 4th hour as a gift to the birthday boys. The staff is generally polite, but I remember Julia the most. If you want to steam and have fun in peace, it's worth a try. The prices are normal for this level.
