However, the consultant who was in the store at the moment (26.03 at 18:20), completely discouraged the desire to purchase anything, answered all questions reluctantly and almost rudely, announced that the store was closing. I have not encountered such an attitude even in bazaars, let alone in a premium store. Dear store managers, if you want to be customer-oriented and earn income, take care of the development of your staff.
