I saw an advertisement on the Gold Markazi building near the Novza metro station about hair treatment from the Aesthetic Lab clinic. An Aesthetic Lab wrote in Google search and their Instagram page was published. In the post on their Instagram page, I saw that they have a special offer - consultation and diagnosis are free. I wrote to them, they told me to send the number. Then they called me and set a time for me to come. I arrived at the specified time, they diagnosed me and told me that I had kerotosis. They said they needed to undergo treatment. They said that the discount is valid for me only today. The treatment usually costs 20 million soums, but since I came through an advertisement on Instagram, they will give me a price of 7,900,000 soums. But at the same time, I will have to pay at least 1 million soums as an advance payment. At that time, I did not have such an amount with me, and they offered to pay me by transfer to a card. They said the treatment would start in a week. I transferred the money and signed the contract. Then, when I got home, I read the contract again and saw that the prepayment under the contract was 0 soums — which seemed strange to me. I decided to look at the reviews about this clinic and was surprised. It turns out that they told everyone that they allegedly had a discount only today and that if they did not pay today, the price of treatment would cost 20 million soums. Although nothing is written about this discount anywhere, even in the contract itself. After that, I realized that I had been tricked into signing the contract. I changed my mind about undergoing any kind of treatment there, because from the very beginning they started deceiving me and I no longer had any confidence in this clinic. After that, I came to the clinic again and said that I wanted to terminate the contract and take my money, since I had not received any treatment from them, and I had not made the payment at all according to the contract. They refused to refund my money. They said that I had paid 1 million to book a discount. Again, this is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. To which they say that in any case, the money will not be refunded. Updating the review. I wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office. Just like I warned them. Then the case was transferred to the district police officer. After that, they called me and offered to refund the money. The money was transferred back during the day. Therefore, those who were also deceived and who want to get their money back, feel free to write to the prosecutor's office and you will receive a quick refund.
