On Tuesday morning, I left a request, the master called back, after listening to the problem, said problems with the fee, repairs from 150 rubles, will arrive for diagnosis by the end of the week. There was no master on Friday. After the call, I told him early next week. We asked through the contact center to explain why the arrival of the master and our dissatisfaction is delayed. Apparently LG has informed the master about this. Master Stanislav called and in a rude and disrespectful manner, said pay 200 rubles, I will come to you urgently, but they say there is nothing to complain to LG, he spends his time on unsubscribing. We have received a refusal from such a price list. We waited and he arrived the following Tuesday. I spent a couple of minutes on diagnostics and said the compressor is not working, you will be charged 50 rubles. It needs to be changed, the compressor is free, the work is 430 rubles. There are no documents, checks, etc. for the diagnosis. At the same time, you need to wait until it is ordered and the turn for repair comes. In total, the repair was waited for more than 3 weeks. The master who came for repairs (another one) did everything well, gave recommendations. The refrigerator is working. But before that, we had to buy a new refrigerator, as it is difficult for the family to wait for such repairs.

Ужасное и безграмотное обслуживание!
Женщина,которая принимает технику вообще безграмотна,не понимает то,что написано в документах,не понимает даже то,что говорит сама!Такой бредовый речи я ещё не слышала нигде!
Наша техника так и не побыла у них в ремонте,и слава Богу!Боюсь представить чем это могло закончиться!
