I have never met such a disgusting attitude before I arrived anywhere in my life. I called, 2 hours before closing time, said that we would arrive now, agreed. I called back after 5 minutes to clarify the question, they tell me, "that's it, we're closed" - "wait, I called 5 minutes ago, you said everything was fine, we were already going to go" - "no, that's it, I thought you'd arrive in 5 minutes" (yeah, half a day later in Tashkent). I imagine what a surprise would have awaited me if I had arrived there, and they would have told me on the threshold, "That's it, get out." I really hope that the owner of the institution will read this and appreciate what wonderful employees he has, who, because of their own laziness, close the institution in 2 hours and he loses money.
