A very unsuccessful localization is the point of delivery of goods at the stall. You're standing bent over to dictate the departure number! An absolutely incompetent lazy employee who responds "I can't help you, there's no product." The phone support service also works extremely poorly. In general, I do not recommend using this place as an ozone pick-up point

Very terrible service. We've been calling for two days and the number hasn't answered. We can't pick up the package. We arrived at the point, it is closed, the number does not answer, the working hours are from 9 00, we arrived at 10, it is closed. They left. We're calling, he's not answering. In short, it sucks. Change the employee. A good guy worked in the summer and everything was fine. Now it sucks.

I've been looking for this stall for a long time. I called the operator and he explained where to go. The parcel was issued no longer than in other postal services. The operator is polite. EMU would do well to spend money on registration of pick-up points and on the placement of signs.
