We have booked a family room. At the time of arrival, it turned out that his windows overlook a blank wall. From the window to the wall, a maximum of 1 meter. And there is also a garbage dump outside the window. At the same time, the description of the room on Booking indicates that the room "has its own terrace" (namely, the room, not the hotel). The ceiling height in the room is such that, with a height of 165, we calmly reach the ceiling with our hand. In short, the crypt. We contacted the owners and said that the room was terrible and did not match their description. In response, they listened to tales about the fact that the owners "do not see" and "do not control" the description of rooms on Booking. We said that we would stay for a maximum of 1 night (we arrived with the children at 23:00, it was unrealistic to look for a new one). The hosts said "OK" and ... immediately withdrew the amount from our card for all the booked days of stay. Like, "spin around as you want, fight with Booking yourself, it's not our business." Total: spoiled mood instead of rest. The owners will extract money from you at any cost. Conscience? Hospitality? You haven't heard.

A nice cozy hotel. Friendly owners, in the center, very convenient. In winter, there is air conditioning and a heater. You can have tea on the 2nd floor.
