The masters are super, the men's haircut is very well done, 5 out of 5 points. Administrator 0 out of 5 points👎, urgent to change. Judging by his communication, the man is incorrigible. Spoils the whole impression of the barbershop. He paid with a card, not cash, and turned his face up like he was doing me a favor by throwing the terminal in my direction. And all communication, starting from recording on the phone, is built on hostility. If the administrator doesn't like his job, doesn't like communicating with clients, why bother? Conclusion: until the administrator is changed, you will not set foot in this barbershop.

25 (!) minutes before the start of the procedure, the administrator called and asked if I could come early, because the master was already free , asked for payment before providing services , and then disappeared from the workplace altogether (I wanted to make an appointment next time, but apparently God decided I didn't need it) , and it turns out she didn't give me a sticker I will not come for a discount for a visit anymore.
