As I bought 1fit, I visited many gyms, tried different types of training. I ended up staying here. Crossfit for beginners is a super workout. And here are the cool coaches Ruslan and Meiram Rahmet.

Единственный зал, который мне подошёл, отличный тренерский состав, с внимательными заботливыми тренерами по кроссфиту, всегда чисто в зале и в раздевалке и в душевой, шикарная небольшая сауна. С удовольствием хожу и подруги теперь тоже полюбили этот зал, ходим вместе заниматься и нет никаких возражений по утрам "а,может не пойти?". Эндуранс- кроссфит зал, в который хочется ходить.
