There are gazebos with mangalas, a large Playground. There are not many procedures and they are truncated. For example, mud is applied to only one part of the body (neck, knees, feet, etc.), massage is the same. I wanted to take additional procedures for an additional fee, but they refused, and I still didn't understand why. The food is not bad. There is not a big bar. The rooms are not big but neat. Conclusion: it should be understood that this is a wellness center, not a sanatorium; I would not go here again, but this is my personal opinion. And also, in order to move out and get the vouchers for work, you need to clean up the room, fold the bed linen and towel as when you check in (it's good that at least the windows weren't forced to wash)!

We arrived there for 14 days with a one—year-old child - the application was submitted 2 months in advance. They settled into a room with three single beds, after asking for a double room so that the child could be placed between them, and he did not fall, he was refused (there are no available rooms). Although for the whole time there were 10-20 people in the sanatorium (since they were on 2 shifts). We attributed this to the fact that the rooms were pre-booked, although there are doubts. The receptionist greeted us: she spoke arrogantly with notes of passive aggression. What can't be said about the rest of the staff is that the chefs are friendly and cook very well. The procedures are also very pleasant and attentive staff. We went to a meeting about the time of the procedures — we didn't always manage to arrive on time. The child was allowed into the Jacuzzi, provided there were special panties. The staff at the pool is also quite pleasant. There is a large playground on site for children of different ages — neat and interesting! The rooms are warm — I would even say it's hot. One day, the heating was gone — when contacting the reception, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. There is not enough drinking water — a 20-liter bottle on the ground floor does not fully meet the needs of the 4 floors with staff. Please put similar bottles on each floor, at least. In addition, conduct a briefing with the reception staff on how to communicate with guests. The rooms were not cleaned very well: it was obviously dirty behind the bed. The shower needs urgent replacement: the holes are sealed with sealant. And the issue with the washing machine for the guests is a 14—day trip: Do I have to wash my clothes in the sink? Please purchase the necessary household supplies. The towels were with us from the very first day to the last, which is very wonderful, considering that they cannot be washed.

I was visiting, went to the pool, jacuzzi and Hammam. I was thrilled! Everything is clean and tidy, there are not many people. I would also like to note the cleanliness everywhere, both on the territory and inside the buildings. The rooms are cozy and spacious. It's also a good bar.
