Содрали денег (1100₽) за упаковку, которой нет. Отправитель не увидел этот пункт, даже не посмотрел, т.к. не заказывал упаковку (для карданного вала она не к чему). Возвращать деньги отказываются. Отстойное обслуживание и сервис!
