Having previously phoned the operator at the phone number listed on the website of this company, I described what and where I want to send, the employee asked several times about the nature of the shipment (a power of attorney printed on plain paper in a printer, notarized) I explained several times what it was like, and finally got the consent for transportation. The operator also informed several possible delivery options, to the branch and to the address in the city of receipt, indicating the cost of services and delivery time. The next day, I arrived at the Energia branch at 25 Budslavskaya str., Minsk, to transfer the documents for delivery. The operator I contacted was diligently examining something on her monitor, after a few minutes of silent waiting, she nevertheless deigned to clarify what exactly I was going to send, asked to show the document itself (power of attorney) and with the words "I need to coordinate with the boss" went into the next room. Then again, a few minutes of waiting and the employee returns with the words we cannot accept this for delivery due to the fact that the document is allegedly a title document and belongs to the category of identity documents, bank securities and the like, and in general we may lose it during transportation. After that, I realized that "losing in the process of transportation" is a common thing for this "transport company", the norm. And the information I received from an employee on the phone the day before and the fact that I spent a lot of time getting to their office almost across the city is not an argument. I do not advise anyone to deal with TK Energia, already at the initial stage it is clear that there is no service, but there will be problems.

TK ENERGY was amazed by the speed of delivery. A parcel from Tolyatti to Minsk arrived twice as fast as a delivery from Veliky Novgorod to the same Minsk...and Energy is cheaper. It is possible/necessary to transfer huge parts of machines and mechanisms,
