Пришел поменять деньги. Просидел 1 час ровно, хотя передо мной было всего 6 человек. Из 3-х кабинок работала одна. И все было ну очень медлительно. Захочешь более менее оперативно поменять деньги. Нужно закладывать большое количество времени на это. В моем виденье заслуживают ползвезды!!!
