An amazing place!
The cute girl at the checkout speaks Russian. The young man barista is friendly and positive, it is clear that he is trying to do everything quickly. Cappuccino is just great - it looks like dark roasted Arabica (not sour, not burnt). The croissant bun with pistachio cream is sooo delicious - airy, crispy, a lot of cream inside.
The cafe is clean and smells pleasantly of pastries. 10 out of 10

The Georgian chain of cafes and bakeries in Baku (7 locations in the city) is a complete immersion in the European atmosphere.
