Upon entering the store, they did not find an employee at the place. We walked around the room looking for the right mattress, and only then did the saleswoman appear. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the store itself. I hope we are so "lucky" and he is not permanent, otherwise I sympathize with the employees.
The registration process was fast enough and without unnecessary questions. The free delivery indicates that they will call an HOUR before the arrival of the car, of course, the time cannot be chosen. It's day X, and I'm sitting at work like a powder keg, since I have no idea what time the courier will arrive. Call. "Hello, hello, this is an EOS delivery, I'll be with you in 20 minutes." I say, I'll be home in an hour, as prescribed. By the way, I still had to pick up an assistant to bring this mattress home.
The courier refused to arrive later, because my mattress was the very first one to "exit" and was large, it was inconvenient to get others. Okay, we agreed that he would help deliver (not for free, of course).

A well-known company. The products are good, but the delivery is disgusting. An SMS came in which the delivery time was indicated. I called the store on Pionerskaya street in Brest and the delivery was confirmed. And the mattress was never delivered. The next day, the driver called himself, agreed on the delivery time and then had to wait 30 minutes beyond the agreed time. Horror. With such an attitude towards customers, I no longer apply to this company...
