Previously, I had the Larissa Renard app, I used it to buy books, practice, read, listen. Then the practices did not load, they wrote to me from the support service "you have an old version, update it" (my tablet is old, it does not update). I downloaded the application on android, they offer everything for payment again, I clicked restore purchases, it was not updated. I wrote to the support service again, they replied, "on another device, you need to buy everything again." And they don't care that this product has already been purchased from the customer. I tried to download the app to the tablet again, and now they even offer to buy the app. This means that all the money that customers spent on books, practices that they bought and it all had to be, because it was already bought, spent nowhere, because again these *** require that their application and books, practices in this application, which were previously purchased by the client, be bought. ***!!!
