Our favorite part of the job is that we can order by phone. Last week, when we ran out of food and sand, we reached out by phone, our order was delivered to our door in 15 minutes. Their understanding of fast and complete service really deserves appreciation. Esra Hanım, whom we met during the ordering process, was also very friendly and interested; she understood our needs correctly and directed them quickly. We did not experience any problems during the delivery either.
