Monkeys come to the territory, they very carefully take bananas or other fruits from their hands. We saw them on different days at intervals around 7 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., but it's a matter of chance and luck, because in Sri Lanka, of course, you don't have to stay in a hotel) + atmospheric area, very pleasant, colonial-style and with lanterns in the evenings + very bright room and bathroom + breakfast set: fruits, freshly squeezed juice, toast with butter and jam and a choice of eggs in any form with vegetables (different every day), bacon and sausages, oatmeal with honey and raisins or pancakes with chocolate and banana. They cook very quickly and are delicious. + The room is dry, things dry quickly + no ants were found in the room, food was left - everything is OK + there are fumigators + nice shower drain +/- the balcony is shared, but spacious with places to relax and sun beds. One of the windows also overlooks him, but besides the curtain there is also tulle. + very close to a fruit shop with a good selection and prices + the only alcohol store in Unawatuna is very close by + the beach is 3 minutes away, you can stay on it (a chaise longue with coconut 500 rupees) or walk further along the beach + 300 rupees to turtle beach by tuk tuk, and it's nice and close to walking back (partly along deserted beaches, partly along the road) - noisy air conditioner - It's a long way (but still within walking distance) from the tour.streets, but there are also several cafes and shops nearby. - there is a feeling that when booking through a travel agency, they first put us in the neighboring Bliss (this was the case with us and several other neighbors), which is a higher class, but I liked it much less

We stayed at this wonderful hotel from 04/02/25 to 04/13/25. We really enjoyed everything and Sri Lanka remained in our hearts. 1. The rooms are cozy and most importantly clean. The bed linen is a little worn out, but not critical) the linen and towels were changed several times in 12 days. Bottles of water were placed in the room every day. The air conditioner is new, the things in the room dried perfectly overnight (don't even try to dry them outside). Beach towels are provided, you can change them at least every day. The room has a safe and a hairdryer. Well, the only thing I needed was a mirror in the room, well, I'm a girl, I need to 😂 2. The territory is very beautiful and green. cute monkeys come for bananas)) there is no pool, but for all the time I was relaxing, I did not even think that I wanted to swim in the pool when the ocean was so gorgeous. 3. The breakfasts are delicious, you can alternate between fried eggs / scrambled eggs/ scrambled eggs/ pancakes / porridge every day. Fruits are always sliced and freshly squeezed juice is given. The menu is also very tasty, we stayed for dinner several times when it was raining heavily, it helped a lot. On Fridays, they arrange an unlimited barbecue for 4,500 rupees per person - it's worth it: shrimp, squid, full Fish, chicken, burgers, salads and dessert 4. Well, the location is really good. Everything you need is within walking distance (ocean, fruit shop, wine shop 😂), and you can also take a tuk-tuk to turtle beach and the main tourist street for 300-500 rupees. You can also walk, but on such a busy street without a sidewalk, it's a whole attraction. The only thing is, there is no exchanger right next to the hotel, the nearest one is 15 minutes on foot (or we didn't find it closer). *And the exchanger with the best exchange rate is on the main street opposite Spa Ceylon. immediately change a small amount upon arrival at the airport, so that after a long journey you will not be left without rupees))
