I want to share my emotions from a recent trip to the Caucasus organized by the Epifora company. It was simply unforgettable! We drove through incredibly beautiful places: from mysterious North Ossetia with its ancient gorges and the "city of the dead" Dargavs to the majestic peaks of Elbrus and Cheget. The cozy and picturesque Dombay was particularly admired. I returned home full of energy, inspiration and with a firm intention to return to this amazing land. The lovely and hospitable hostess Nino cooked national dishes. We took breakfasts and lunches. We had dinner in cafes and restaurants nearby. But we often ordered dinners from Nino, which turned out to be cheaper and also delicious. The hotel is modest, without pathos, but clean and tidy. We went with Epiphora to Kazan in July. Air tour. I give you a well-deserved C out of 10. At first it seems that the program corresponds to the stated one. But then it becomes clear that there are so many disadvantages and the program is so poorly compiled that we were not at all satisfied and not only us. How could you take me on sightseeing and evening excursions in a minibus with low windows. What can I see?. The guide learned about the evening tour announced in the program on the first day from us. Its cost turned out to be completely different. Every day, the program included museums at penny prices to occupy our time and which were almost identical to each other. In one museum, they drank tea with sweets for 40 minutes, but at the end of the day there were exactly 5 minutes left to visit the most important temple of the Kazan Mother of God. Free time was not given anywhere in field trips, but we went in circles to the same places many times to wait for time to go to the museum. On the farthest tour, it was 3 hours to go one way, the minibus turned out to be without air conditioning at a temperature. 30 degrees . The host side, the operator "Leader -Kazan", was not at all up to par, there were a lot of overlaps. The guide was often hysterical and indignant. The tour has not been completed and does not deserve attention today. This does not apply to the city of Kazan itself. I recommend visiting the city. The score for the tour is -3.

We had a vacation with our family (2 adults, 2 children) in Georgia from 07/24/2023 to 08/10/2023 from Epiphora travel agency. Our journey did not go well from the very beginning......this company apparently decided to save money and put my whole family in the last seats of the bus, where more than one place does not go wrong, the air conditioner that worked on the bus just did not reach us.The heat in the cabin in the back seats was incredible due to the heating of the engine in addition to everything.... Going for 3 days with children in such conditions as my family turned out to be was simply painful and unacceptable. The tour was purchased in advance, where the client's wishes were indicated at the conclusion of the contract (to place the family in one row and near the exit) Upon check-in at the White Sails 4* hotel, again, there was a failure to comply with additional agreed conditions ..... 2 two-bed rooms were booked (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds) the location of the room, respectively, next to each other. As a result, upon check-in, we were placed in two rooms, where there was 1 double bed and a small ottoman. The children's ages are different, they did not want to settle down together. One child slept on a double bed, and the other on a small couch. The location of the room was not like not next to 406 and 410, the additional conditions were not met AT ALL!!!!And the money was paid properly.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this travel agency!!!!

We bought a tour to St. Petersburg. The program was clarified several times, as it was decided to go three days earlier and walk through the whole city by ourselves, and then join the group that was supposed to go to Peterhof on the first day, Karelia on the second, and Tsarskoye Selo on the third. Early in the morning on the day of the meeting, we went (40 minutes) to the meeting place, waited 2 hours because the bus was late. Together with the group, we went to the city for some kind of nasty breakfast (then they gave 400 ross rubles for it!) and the trip to St. Petersburg begins. After a couple of hours, I decided to clarify when to go to Peterhof. To which the guide asked in surprise what kind of Peterhof? The program turned out to be completely different! Our detailed program was even spelled out in the contract and the travel agency was warned several times that this was very important to us, since we were arriving three days earlier and would look at the city in detail ourselves. We did not have time to pay more (except 200 bel rubles to the operator) and it was decided to go out and go to the promised places ourselves. But considering that it was already a big problem to book a hotel or apartment for the weekend day in and day out at humane prices. And including buying train tickets, when the Belarusian cards do not work, the husband could not pay for the ticket with a card because he did not have roaming to confirm the SMS. It is good that railway tickets can be paid through the ERIP. The hotel was searched without confirming the card, of course. Which was very difficult. This company caused so much extra expense and trouble that it was safe to sue and recover damages. They promised to return 200 rubles, which they paid before the trip, let's see. And it was barely possible to explain why they should return it.
