The seller sent me to the administrator, and the administrator replied that if I inserted my SIM into the phone.I had already used the card and categorically refused to exchange it, although I had the receipt, documents and packaging, there was no damage to the phone and it had a marketable appearance. It is not possible to fully check the phone in the store, this is what the sellers of the Epicenter use, although in other stores the goods can be returned or exchanged before the expiration of two weeks.
