I came across this irresponsible store on December 30th. I needed a phone as a New Year's gift for a loved one. It so happened that he could not come to buy on the spot. The first and only wish was for the delivery to be on December 30th or on the deadline of December 31st. But as you understand, this did not happen. I made an order through the website, indicated delivery via a courier (they indicated that with this option, delivery is carried out on the day of the order). In a conversation on the phone and in correspondence by telegram, I was told that the delivery would most likely take place on December 31 in the afternoon. Okay, I think it's fine. But on December 31, nothing was delivered, the phone was turned off, the message was viewed in the telegram, but they did not respond. On January 2, the phone is also turned off, messages are not being read. No feedback, they say that it is not possible to deliver, sorry, etc. I wrote to cancel the order. As a result: of course, I'm a little disappointed that it didn't work out to please a person with a gift for the New Year, not a disaster, but still unpleasant.
