The reasons are different, they usually don't notify, maybe I'm just so lucky, but in the circle of my friends he has the same reputation of being "forever closed". I understand everything, breaks, lunches, but this should be indicated directly in the schedule, otherwise it turns out to be a wonderful break at 12, 14, 17, and so on. If there was a schedule, there would be no complaints, but it's very strange to constantly close for half an hour-an hour when it's not lunch.
