On May 26, 1992, the status of the cemetery was approved by a decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The authors of the plan and architectural solutions of the Yerablur Pantheon are the architects of the Workshop of A. Mkhitaryan. The construction and installation work was carried out by Hayaviashin company. The tombstones are mostly made of basalt
