I came in the morning, the terminal is not working, the queue for recording ... is not an option at all, there are already 3 A4 sheets of lists! I came right after lunch, it wasn't there, they say we won't have time to take it, go to the boss. There's a queue of 20 people... naturally, no one even let me ask. Remnants of the USSR in all its glory😃

Everything is not as scary as in the reviews. On the contrary, even. I really liked the friendly staff. You can fill out an application in Russian. There are no queues (you need to sign up electronically for a month somewhere, but this is no longer a question for the branch).

We took two coupons, waited for an hour, the first coupon appeared, my husband's coupon did not appear on the screen, everyone who was in line after him passed, he was never called, at 16:30 we began to approach the staff with the question of what to do, they said that today they would not accept anyone they will, the time was 16:30 and we had a ticket on our hands! They said come back tomorrow… I needed a social card and registration, the woman said that I did not need a solution, as she decided, I did not press

It looks like a broken entrance, which is difficult to enter. There is a huge queue because you cannot sign up through EarliBird. People are standing on the crumbling steps. I can't say anything about the quality of services because I had to contact another passport office. There is a stall with a copier nearby

The staff is good, thank you. The building requires urgent repair or demolition altogether, for a state institution with such a stream of people, it is a shameful state. It is pitch dark in the hallway at the entrance in cloudy weather, the light does not work. Employees-5, building-0.
