A wonderful hotel, original, with a million little things and interior stuff. Old photos, antique furniture, books, vases - everything is very interesting and stylish. The building is old, there is no elevator, the doors open with keys, but this is the flavor. The price for the room is low, in the hot season it will, of course, be slightly higher. The hotel is located at the very beginning of the promenade street, next to the Marc Chagall Art Center, and there are reproductions of Chagall's paintings on the walls of the hotel too.
Don't expect super-modern services here, it's about something completely different, about a nice and sincere reception of guests. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is inexpensive, and normal, again, it's so nice to take care of the guests. The rooms are clean, but it is better to take your bathroom accessories with you.
There is Parking, but check-in to the restaurant "Rib".

We rented a Suite for one night. The room is clean and well maintained. Good location of the hotel, car parking next to the hotel at the entrance. Very friendly staff, friendly atmosphere. The cathedral, shops, cafes, banks are all within walking distance. I can advise you to check in.

The hotel is in the spirit of the Soviet years with many household items from the 30 - 70s in the center of Vitebsk, But the hotel has been abandoned for a long time and it would be nice to renovate, especially in the bathrooms. You can still stay for one night, but you won't get any special amenities (the only advantage is the location.

The old building has been renovated, but everywhere it is felt that fresh repairs are needed with the replacement of plumbing, etc. Otherwise, the beds are clean, the room has a refrigerator, TV, kettle. The hotel is very visited. Various little things from the past. Delicious breakfasts 20 b.rub per person. Shower caps, gels/shampoos, slippers. A huge refrigerator. However , doors with glass cannot hide from children . A kettle and an iron can be brought on request. A lot of stars stayed there. Bells can be heard ringing in the morning.

We were in Vitebsk for the first time. The first thing that struck me was the interiors of the Eridan Hotel. An amazing collection of antique objects, paintings, and art products has been collected with love and great taste. Excellent spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, very tasty breakfasts to choose from. The ideal location is in the center, next to a pedestrian street. But most of all I was shocked by the attitude towards the guests!! I have Belarusian roots, I do needlework in my spare time, I persuaded to give a wooden basket in memory of my roots. I bow low and we will definitely come back!! Amazing atmosphere, amazing team and leader!! All the best to you! One of the best hotels in Vitebsk, no wonder the first place in all ratings.

Of the advantages, the location is convenient and a comfortable large bed in the room. The staff is not very friendly. The lack of an elevator, when you are with a heavy suitcase, the prospect of dragging everything up the stairs is not very encouraging. Don't take breakfast. A very poor and tasteless breakfast and disgusting coffee... There are many decent places in Vitebsk where you can have breakfast.
In general, I recommend the hotel only to spend one night if there are no other options.

I was in suite 41, well, guys, you can't do that, the hanger is on one screw, the bed creaks (I was just sleeping), the bedside tables open with difficulty, there is no forced exhaust in the bathroom (smell all the flavors yourself, dear guests), there is no air freshener either. The staff is friendly, courteous, the cuisine in the restaurant is good, there is good WiFi in the room. A double impression.

I will not attribute the interior to either the pros or cons - for an amateur. There is some kind of feeling of thoughtlessness (maybe even tastelessness). About 20 years ago, it was original, but not now.
Minuses. The absence of an elevator, a kettle, a noisy refrigerator, which is very audible at night (there are no doors to the room).
As someone already wrote, there is a mustiness in the room.

If necessary, you can ask to clean up the room, you can also order food from the restaurant (it is at the hotel) to the room or go downstairs and drink coffee, tea at the bar or go to the restaurant and eat there. We had a room with a balcony. Our room included disposable slippers.I directly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I have mixed feelings.
Inside, everything looks simple and inexpensive, which does not quite match the price per night. But I appreciated the cleanliness, order and friendly attitude of the staff. The great thing is that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, away from the establishments, so it's quiet and peaceful here. It was convenient to get to the train station - about 15-20 minutes on foot or only 5-7 minutes by taxi. I was pleased to see grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. The Marc Chagall Art Center was within walking distance, which I also liked. It seemed strange to me that there was no buffet, but instead there were complex breakfasts. The menu offered a choice of four options, and the pleasant staff brought it directly to the table. The food was delicious, and the amount of breakfast did not leave anyone hungry. The disadvantages would be a large spider web on several windows of the room from the outside, which created a little discomfort. It was scary to open the window, I was afraid that someone might crawl in.
I would recommend the hotel to people 40+, but younger people may not appreciate it much.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town on a pedestrian street. 4 floors without elevator. The single rooms all overlook a bleak courtyard. The hotel itself is richly decorated with antiques, very stylish and pleasant little things, but somewhat overloaded with them. I took the cheapest room. He turned out to be like that. Sad. But I was very pleased with the price. Special thanks to the girls at the reception. They are very, very pleasant to communicate with.

Hurray! So a little bit about abroad... Vitebsk. The choice fell on the Eridan hotel, the name is not Belarusian, but it is located in Vitebsk. I was bribed by the low cost of the Suite, beautiful photos, good location, 2 rooms, air and space. There was air, there was space, at the same time there was a worn leather sofa, strange burgundy towels, an eccentric shower with a strange curtain. The windows opened with a creak of abandonment'!!! 'It seems that they are being opened for the first time all the time. The bed was big, nice, like Grandma's.. There was a blanket on the mattress, a beige patterned sheet on top. Everything is at home. Refrigerator, 2 glasses, water, 3 bottles of 0.5 ml each. The design of the walls is diverse, a bit like a tent, a lot of bent drywall. In general, it is unclear. The ringing of bells in the morning, the shuffling of a broom on the street and so on... a HOME hotel. The city is nice and cozy. I recommend the hotel for one or two days. Plain....

A junk shop, not a hotel. It feels like you're living in a landfill. We lived on the third floor, an unpleasant smell both in the corridor and in the room - maybe rotten ceilings, maybe mothballs from the trash that is in the room and corridor.
For those who want to live in an old communal apartment, littered with junk, with plywood doors to the room, shabby furniture. There was a roaring Soviet-era refrigerator in the room, a chest with a samovar, a 70s record player as a bedroom decoration. There is no kettle in the room, but there are mugs. Renovation - greetings from the 90s. And in the hallway there is a warehouse of old furniture, and as soon as you enter the floor, you stink, you enter the room - you immediately open the windows. The only plus is the convenient location of this institution, and you are in the center of the historical part of the city.
