Thanks to the investigators (I will not name names) for their help and feedback in the case of cyberbullying, there is absolutely no culture of communication in the department! Only the appointed investigator should ask personal questions regarding the criminal case. Today I was extremely disappointed by how disrespectful two employees of the department treated me. It is extremely unethical to discuss the identity of the person who asked for help. Especially in his presence! I hope someone from the management will pay due attention to this.

There is no reception at the entrance, where it would be possible to clarify questions such as where to go, what documents are needed, how to take a queue. The queue for fingerprinting is kept simply in the log in which the visitors are recorded. You've been sitting in line for over an hour.

We stood in a long queue for several days in a row, while they were dealing with only one person. The inspector constantly leaves, all questions are ignored, they can safely leave work 40 minutes before the end. The only thing is thanks to the man who deals with fingerprints, he went to meet me. But everything else.. it's probably worth keeping silent)
