I came to pick up the prescription at the end of the online consultation at 18:40 on a business day. The work schedule is specified until 21:00. The door is closed, the light is on. There is a contact number on the door, a man picks it up and asks the question "what did you want" without unnecessary foreplay? Pick up the recipe, I say. This is by appointment, they explain to me (not a single word about it at the consultation, plus I picked it up last time -everything went great, the nice girl at the reception gave it to me). When I asked about the work schedule, they replied that, apparently, the only employee has a patient appointment. Fine, I understand. But what should I do? They didn't answer my subsequent questions and just hung up on me. I recommend that the responding gentleman work out his injuries at the center, but definitely not in this one. But it's definitely worth doing.
