Polite staff, cleanliness and order. A place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the world.
Not to say it's cheap, but you know what you're paying for.

In September 2024, I visited Belarus again. This time I stayed at the Rynkovka estate. This is a wonderful place, with cozy houses, barbecues and gazebos. The house is very clean, cozy, and has everything you need for guests. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Attentive staff. Wonderful traditional cuisine! I would like to come back here again, but so that the prices become a little more democratic. I recommend it!

Great. We stayed for the third time on 11/23/2024. Before that, in year 14.
By chance, we stayed at house 4 as before. The house inside is in the same excellent condition as in 2014. Not scented, not battered, not smelly. Furniture 👍. I was very surprised. In 10 years, the same high-fiving. It's warm and cozy. ☺️
Restaurant 👍👍👍👍. We ordered food at home, as there was a holiday for people in restik. The kitchen has not changed either. Everything is fine. The tinctures are great, the food is great.

It's just a paradise, welcoming birdsong, beavers and otters in the river, storks in a nest on the roof of a hotel and cafe building. The houses are cozy and warm (lived in house #5 from March 26 to March 29, 2025). The food in the cafe is very tasty. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from the noise of the city and reboot.

Great place! We lived in a hotel.The room had everything you needed. It is a pleasure to walk on the territory. There is a river with clear and transparent water. It is a pity that I did not take a swimsuit (There is also a good Playground.Pleasant hotel staff. The restaurant was very tasty. I really liked the parsley drink! I recommend it to everyone! We travel around Belarus and this is one of the best places. The hotel room is clean (there are cabins for those who wish), towels, soap accessories. The territory is quite large and, importantly, well-groomed: flowers, flower beds, recreation areas, a playground and even a goat and a peacock! The restaurant's cuisine is just a delight, very tasty! Many thanks to the staff of the hotel and restaurant!!!! I recommend it for a visit! I give 10 out of 5 stars!

Convenient location, cozy houses. There is one question about them, there is a shower on the second floor of the house, but there is no toilet. When there are 4+ people, two toilets are better than two showers))

We rested here in early November. The place is gorgeous! Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, near the river. My husband even caught a small pike))
We booked house #6 (with sauna). Near the house there is a barbecue, a gazebo and a font (although the font was already closed, it's not the season). The house is equipped with everything you need, decorated in a rustic style, very colorful. The children were delighted with the stove)) True, my husband and I lacked a sofa in the living room, but on the other hand, the sofa would not fit into the style of the house.
Separately, I would like to mention the breakfasts in the restaurant. The menu is very cool: scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc. For every taste! Cooked delicious!
We also went to a restaurant for dinner, but it was more difficult with the main menu. It seems like there are a lot of dishes on the menu, but there's not much you want to choose. But at the same time, what we eventually chose was cooked sooo delicious! Draniki are generally the most delicious of those that we tried on this trip to Belarus. To be honest, I thought that draniki was not my dish until I tried them here))

I didn't understand who was writing positive reviews, I didn't see anything positive in this place. We came from the road, we wanted to relax in the room, but during the day someone knocked, maybe they were doing repairs, in the evening the restaurant was buzzing with songs and dances until 12. There is no sound insulation at all. The shower was broken. It was very cold in the room.
Separately, I would like to mention the lack of interest of the administrator. She doesn't answer questions in the chat, but about the restaurant that runs until 12, she shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't help in any way... well, OK
The room is dirty! You can plant potatoes under the bed!

The best place to visit Belarus, the base is located near the city. There are standard rooms in the building, or you can rent separate houses on the territory, each with its own barbecue, sun beds. There is a river nearby, there is a mini zoo on the territory, storks live on the roof. There is a restaurant downstairs, the kitchen is excellent. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily.

The horror hotel! we were three families in the summer, each family had its own house))) it was just terrible, the mosquitoes didn't fly in, the curtains were broken, everything was covered in dust, the pool was dirty, the water looked like it was rusty, frogs were running around the territory, ottomans were very dirty with some spots, bird poop, spiders, cockroaches were running around the house, the territory itself was not very beautiful and tidy, in general, I do not advise anyone!!!!

Brest is 10 minutes away by taxi.

- the first disadvantage is that they fanned you with breakfast, they said you have accommodation with breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 come have breakfast. There was a menu for breakfast, they said choose anything. After breakfast, the bill was issued according to this menu.
There is no shower holder in the bathroom, I had to hold it with my hands all the time.
They did not clean the room for 2 days, although they promised, they referred to the fact that one of the previous guests took the room key with him and the maid could not open it…

A sincere and beautiful Manor. Not for the first time. We booked house No. 5 and a hotel room. You guessed it, since there were many festive events on the territory, the gazebo near the house was very useful. Dinner was delivered to the house (+15% to the order). The food is delicious, including breakfast. The weather was a success. It was the builder's day, and therefore we were able to watch the fireworks) Thanks to Nina, the administrator, Tatiana (restaurant) and Sergey, the bartender, for their sincere attitude. We will be in Brest, we will come back again!) I recommend it!

I really liked the hotel and the restaurant. You can rent a house. Everyone has their own barbecue, gazebo and deck chairs. We stayed in a hotel on the 2nd floor. There seem to be only 9 rooms. Quiet, there is no audibility. Very cozy and clean. The room is lovely, there is everything you need. Very comfortable mattress. The food in the restaurant is delicious. You can eat in the gazebo on the street. A large area. If we get to Brest again, we will only go here.

We rested in house 6 on 08/24/2024. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service. I will cite all the incidents that we got into through no fault of our own:
1. We clarified by phone in advance what could be done with the potatoes for the barbecue, which we will bring with us (there is no kitchen or cauldron in house 6). We were informed by the restaurant administrator that it would be possible to give them, they would clean and cook, they would not have to pay extra. As a result, when I went to check with the administrator on the spot, an incompetent woman almost laughed in my face and said, they say, they do not even provide such services for payment.
2. We clarified about the firewood. Of course, it's great that they provide them, but I had to carry them myself on a cart and figure out how to fire them, because they don't have an axe or a saw. The next day, they also made a remark that without asking (!!!) They took the cart.
3. The bathhouse is heated for 40 minutes (this is not a minus), but after that you can steam in it for only 1 hour and it was forbidden to pour water on the stones. The administrator's quote: "If you want to steam more, wait 1 hour for it to cool down, after that another 40 minutes to warm up, and be sure to pay extra on top for the second heating."
4. The font... It's tinny. The water probably does not change and the font is not cleaned, it is green!!!
5. The lack of cutlery is also not encouraging, but at this point we were warned.
6. They warned you not to listen to music loudly. This is not a minus for us, but it will probably be important for someone.
7. If you paid for the house and decided to cancel after a while, then the money will not be refunded to you, but you will be offered to reschedule the reservation to another date (this was warned in advance).
To sum up, the manor itself (at least the 6th house) is quite convenient for a company of 8 people, quite comfortable beds, the house itself is clean, the location relative to the city is good, but it is unclear what administrators pay salaries for at a fairly high rental cost (600 rubles / day). There is a feeling of dissatisfaction with such a cost and complete incompetence of the staff.

Sooo delicious cuisine and pleasant music. One of the disadvantages is the service. The receptionist seems to have no idea what kind of events will be in the restaurant. No one greets the guests, it was necessary to look for someone and ask where the banquet table is located. The waiter brought only dishes and OCCASIONALLY removed unnecessary items from the table. We had to keep track of the drinks and drinks ourselves in order to deliver everything we needed and discover what we needed.

The cozy hotel rooms are in the main building and there are separate log houses. There is a restaurant in the main building where you can have a delicious meal. There is a playground and gazebos on the territory for small companies. We really liked it. The manor itself is also accessible, but only from the outside.

A wonderful estate for eco-recreation! We rented a house with our family for a few days! I really liked it! The children had the second floor, and we had the first. The air is clean, the river is beautiful, there is a barbecue near each house - you can barbecue as much as you want. I slept in the fresh air amazingly! Quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend visiting the cafe in the main building! Sooo delicious! Especially the breakfasts! When scrambled eggs are sizzling in a frying pan, coffee smells, and children eat fresh, delicious cheesecakes - it's super! Be sure to come back here in the summer. Thanks for a great vacation!
