The service quality was very poor. The dental cleaning took around 40–50 minutes, and during the procedure the dentist hit my teeth with the dental mirror several times. This was uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The assistant also couldn’t properly hold the saliva ejector, so water kept coming out of my mouth, and and this was ignored. On top of that, the clinic doesn’t have a fixed price for dental cleaning. The cost depends on plaque and ranges from 1 to 1.8 million. For that price in Tashkent, I expected much more careful and professional treatment. This is not a free government clinic
