I signed up for a haircut with Irina. I arrived at my time, but the place was occupied. They put another client in jail for my time. I sat there waiting for the haircut to finish, then she started making her eyebrows. Is this even normal? Neither she nor anyone else even apologized to my indignation. I don't recommend setting foot on you or others anymore, disrespect for customers and boorish attitude 👎👎👎
