Well, let's get started. I've been bleating about buying an apartment for a long time, that's nothing to say. As fate would have it, I saw an ad for the sale of my future apartment in the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk, put up 1 hour ago, and immediately called, where she answered me-realtor Lilia, who for the next two weeks simply was my guardian angel, no matter how it sounded. We agreed to watch it on the same day. Being on the spot, I immediately fell in love with this apartment (many who bought their family nest, I think they will understand) and prayed that everything would be in order with the documents, as it usually happens: heirs, certificates, redevelopments, etc. But Lilia, without tormenting either buyers or sellers, asked the latter before the meeting take your documents with you. On the spot, Lilia immediately showed me the technical plan and the title documents, thereby giving me confidence that I could safely go to the Mir office to conclude a contract. Over the next two weeks, in total, close to a hundred phone calls were made between me and the realtor, for a total time of more than two days. And that's only because I was just worried about everything, because for me the amount of the cost of the apartment was cosmic, accumulated over more than 10 years. In this case, I have suspicions that this agency is recruiting realtors with the education of "Psychology" as well. I don't know if it's okay to write this, but I can't resist. The seller of my apartment, an elderly grandmother and Lilia, personally took over and stood in line for Gas and Heat for several hours, so that my grandmother would then drive up and get help. Comrades, it seems to be about something, but it says it. P.S. I haven't written this yet, as my principled and most beloved wife and the grandmother of the seller (who is still a security officer) were fighting and couldn't find a common language, as they are insanely similar in character. And Lilia, as an arbitrator, reconciled them, but she did her job professionally. Well, that's a completely different story. As a result, the deal is done in two weeks, a tea party with grandma and my family nest are really mine and everyone's nerves, except Lilia, are in order thanks to the above-mentioned person. I want to leave a review about the work of Gregory's realtor. We had an appointment on 8.11 at 15.30 to view the apartment. On the day of viewing, the realtor did not get in touch, I had to write myself. The realtor read my message, but did not respond. After 15, I called myself, it turned out that other people were watching at that time and would call me back later. Because the meeting was pre-planned and other plans were postponed, of which there were many, my time was wasted. As a result, I called back closer to 4 p.m. and said that people thought they hadn't made the prepayment, but they wouldn't show me the apartment either, since there were "special arrangements" with them, if they didn't decide tomorrow, they would show it. Of course, no one called back tomorrow. I have questions about this kind of work, I understand that I'm not the first to view it and that they can buy an apartment, but shouldn't I warn the client about this and respond to messages, since you don't contact them yourself, ignoring the client is direct disrespect. And to cancel the screenings without permission before the prepayment has been made for the apartment: 1. Loss of potential customers 2. Violation of the interests of the owner 3. Incompetence As a customer, I was extremely dissatisfied with this service. As an owner, I would never entrust the sale of my apartment to a specialist who so easily removes the object from the display, narrowing the circle of potential buyers.
