Convenient location (near the Rossiya mall and, accordingly, the metro station). It is also a convenient working time. So far, I've been there once in the late afternoon - I brought things to charity, saw several waiting visitors (to receive help). Things were quickly accepted from me, in fact, that's the whole experience of visiting.
