I was buying a perfume that I had previously purchased at another ETIB branch. I liked the fragrance so much that I decided to make a purchase of this product again. The perfume matched the numbers. However, when I opened it at home, the fragrance turned out to be completely different and, moreover, masculine. I was very upset, I was not the only one who was convinced that the flavors did not match and decided to come over to solve this situation. To which the sales consultant said that I was "making it up" and "imagining" it to me. They didn't advise me any other solutions to the situation except "you're used to the smell." I am very indignant and no longer want to buy perfume from this organization.
