Halal restaurant on the 8th floor of the Central Department Store.
Among the advantages: a spacious terrace, a beautiful view of Bishkek, the terrace is cooled during the day; there is also an air-conditioned room inside (I was not there).
Cuisine: Turkish, decent, but nothing special. The usual one, in general.
The price tag is too high for such a level of cuisine, but apparently it is related to the position, not the kitchen.
The service is polite, without complaints.

I ordered a new york steak, it turned out to be very hard, like rubber, I do not recommend it! The worst steak of my life!

The service is long; the quality of the food: roast beef in a salad - almost all with some streaks, pasta carbonara - without the taste of carbonara. + the name is steak house, but you won't find a regular beef steak on the menu! All this could be smoothed out with alcohol - so it's a non-alcoholic (Turkish) restaurant! You could have warned me
