I would like to say a huge thank you to the ets.auto team, and specifically to manager Alexey for supplying the car from China (Deepal s07)! The delivery of the car by another supplier, very well-known in the Republic of Belarus, was disrupted due to changes in legislation. they froze us for a month and all without result. They tore up the contract with difficulty and returned the money. In the end, we were nervous and ready to abandon the purchase. But after meeting Alexey in person, we talked and got answers to all our questions. We decided that we weren't ready to go to Belgee. Our decision was influenced by the contagious calm, and we decided to try again. We signed a contract, spelled out in as much detail as possible what should be included in the package of the car, even the additional services of ets.auto. Alexey was always in touch, promptly gave feedback, answered questions. And he never once let anyone doubt himself and the company as a reliable supplier. The service deserves special thanks. This service is really on the shelves — the work was done quickly, everything is fair. I was especially impressed with the tire service — professionally and without unnecessary questions.
