I would like to say a huge thank you to the ets.auto team, and specifically to manager Alexey for supplying the car from China (Deepal s07)! The delivery of the car by another supplier, very well-known in the Republic of Belarus, was disrupted due to changes in legislation. they froze us for a month and all without result. They tore up the contract with difficulty and returned the money. In the end, we were nervous and ready to abandon the purchase. But after meeting Alexey in person, we talked and got answers to all our questions. We decided that we weren't ready to go to Belgee. Our decision was influenced by the contagious calm, and we decided to try again. We signed a contract, spelled out in as much detail as possible what should be included in the package of the car, even the additional services of ets.auto. Alexey was always in touch, promptly gave feedback, answered questions. And he never once let anyone doubt himself and the company as a reliable supplier. The service deserves special thanks. The car was washed, polished and with a bow, which was very important for my Wife. Once again, many thanks to ets.auto for this attitude. The guys showed that they work for the Client! I applied to buy a car, the manager Gleb offered a price and was as friendly as possible and constantly in touch until we signed a contract and I paid the full amount for the car. After that, of course, there was not much information, since the car was parked on Khorgos and waiting for the border to pass, and I didn't really bother the manager either. However, later, when the car started driving, it was as if all the information had to be extracted from the manager, sometimes waiting for a response for half a day, since the manager is very busy, there are a lot of orders, contracts, etc. as I understand it. At the moment, I haven't received the car yet, as there have been regular delays, as a result, all plans have to be changed, and there is no hope that there will be any more inconsistencies. In general, I do not recommend the service, since you, as a client, will be accompanied until you pay according to the contract. Then you will feel like just a "waiting man", without money, without a car and without information on it, and if in other companies the manager contacts you once again, writes something, gives you an understanding that some kind of process is underway, this will not happen. Maybe there are other managers in this company, but then I was probably unlucky. I put two stars because I'll probably get a car sometime, well, it seems like we agreed that the SIM will be soldered at an adequate price. Of the extras, I also ordered antikor and anti-gravity protective films, I can't say anything about the quality of the work done yet, maybe I'll add a review later.

Good day everyone! I decided to share my impressions and emotions about my cooperation and the ETS employees. I bought a LiXiang L6. Yes, it was delivered late due to various reasons. I was affected by the change in duties — the cost has increased. The situation is, of course, nervous. We agreed on a meeting, held negotiations and everything worked out!!! Thanks a lot to the guys from the salon! They didn't brush it off, they didn't hide behind the contract, but they really got into the situation. We took on some of the customs duties, which is great, actually (I've never heard of this before), and also offered options on how to compensate for the difference in the rest. We carried out a full adaptation, unblocked all functions and transferred the master account. We really worked hard. A good, friendly team. The staff is always in touch. As a result, everything that was agreed upon was resolved in a human way on time with proper quality. Before buying, Lisyan rented it here - he liked everything, so without hesitation he decided to order a fitting here. They promised to bring the car before the new year - in 45 days. After the payment, they stopped talking to me as a customer. I understand that not everything depends on the company, but today it's been 90 days. I have no idea where my car is, when it will arrive, or if it even exists in nature. Communication with the manager Gleb did not work out - I wanted to receive at least some information at least once a week (yes, what kind of time a week - at least once a month). Then I decided to talk to the management and... and Gleb sent me. Since then, I have been communicating with the sales manager Vitaly...Well, how do I communicate - "I'll give you information tomorrow", "dropped out of work", "information requested, I'll give you an answer", "not at work today" - that's how we've been communicating with him since December 16. I haven't received any information since December 16. On January 10, I sent a registered letter requesting confirmation of payment, information about the location of my car and its license plate number - no response has yet been received. Very poor communication.

Two months after the purchase, I Russified the tablet with the dashboard from them, and yesterday they updated the multimedia version and again Russified the new design of the multimedia tablet and dashboard for free (the advantages of the warranty period). I found an ad for the sale of Geely Coolray on the av website.by at the ETS.Auto car center. The very next day I went to look at the car. Alexandra Maleiko was my manager. From the very beginning, questions about competence arose: when showing the car, Alexandra was confused several times about the characteristics. This is, of course, unpleasant, but not critical. Something else surprised me more. The ad stated that the car was sold with a one—year warranty, but in person, Alexandra said that their warranty was a paid service. At the same time, she set a deadline for me to either make a deposit or sign a purchase agreement so that this "guarantee" would remain free for me (what kind of guarantee could there be other than from a dealer?)) I planned to buy a car on credit, but I wanted to get bank approval first, and only then make a deposit or sign a contract. After all, if the bank refuses, the deposit, as Alexandra told me, will not be refunded under any circumstances, and the contract may oblige me to buy a car even without an approved loan. Due to the delay with the income statement from the accounting department, I did not meet the deadline set by Alexandra. And after that, the most interesting thing began. The manager has practically stopped contacting: Either she's not working, or she needs to leave the office urgently, or she just got off vacation. Messages are ignored and calls are dropped. I warned in advance that I wanted to come to discuss the situation, but I was ignored. The next day, I call and say that I will come — it turns out that Alexandra has a day off. When I said that I would talk to other managers then, attempts began to reschedule the meeting for another time and day. In the end, I came to the car center anyway and saw Alexandra at her workplace. She went to "confer with the management" and returned saying that the car was assigned to me until Tuesday and the warranty remained free. I was satisfied with this: the income statement was almost ready, all that remained was to apply to the bank. But on Sunday, Alexandra writes that the car has already been booked by another customer. Although I recently said that my car is waiting for me until Tuesday. When asked why I was not warned about another customer, I received the answer: "There are other managers, they also sell cars, but I don't know." By that time, the loan had already been approved, but I could no longer buy that car. Alexandra suggested an alternative — the exact same car at customs, offering to book it. I refused because booking a car that I hadn't even seen looks weird. On Monday, I call the car center to find out the fate of the previous car. The manager, Gleb, says: come today and make a deposit before someone else books it. Alexandra had previously talked about a $300 deposit, Gleb had already mentioned $500. I arrived in the evening. Gleb meets him and informs him that the car has already been booked by another customer. When I asked why they said otherwise on the phone, he replied that he had just come out of the weekend and "didn't know what was going on." At the same time, there was already a "Booked" sign on the car. But he said, "It's okay, we're rebooking for you now — just make a $500 deposit." At that moment, I realized that the car center earns money on deposits.: whoever contributed more is the car. And the previous deposit remains with the car center, because it is not refundable. I saw Alexandra in the hall. She again offered to book a car at customs. I agreed, signed a letter of intent, and made a deposit. I was told that the car has already been cleared and will be at the car center by the end of the week. But a week has passed and there is no car. When I requested the VIN and checked it against the customs database, it turned out that the car had not even been cleared. Then an even stranger stage began. Alexandra began to ask me about the loan program, explaining that the car center was a partner of the bank and had to pay some kind of compensation to the bank. Then she asked me to go to the bank myself and find out the number of the loan manager so that she could find out the amount of this compensation. Seriously? The car center has an accounting department, a finance director, and a contract with the bank — but should I look for the manager's number? As a result, I was informed that there is compensation and the buyer must pay it. In other words, I have to not only pay interest on the loan, but also compensate the bank instead of the car center. I contacted the bank and the bank's lawyer — there is no compensation. It became clear that the car center was just trying to make extra money. At the meeting, the financial director of the car center initially said that the amount of compensation was a trade secret. When I asked why I was concerned about your cooperation (a trade secret), he replied that their margin was less than 5%. Then he admitted that it was 4.8% of the cost of the car (4% — "compensation", 0.8% — VAT). At the same time, they wanted to include this amount in the total cost of the car in the contract, without specifying it separately. When I offered to write down the price of the car and the "compensation" in two lines, they refused me (they understand that they can be dragged for this) After consulting with the bank's specialists and the consumer protection Society, the following became clear: 1. The bank does not require any additional compensation from the client 2. shifting the costs of the car center to the buyer is considered as an illegal increase in the value of the goods. 3. The condition of non-repayment of the deposit is also illegal under any circumstances. As a result, the car did not reach the car center because it was not cleared. Alexandra fed me breakfast.. Alexandra, if you're lying, maybe you should do it properly. Say, for example, that the car won't arrive tomorrow, in 2 weeks? a month? I took the deposit. Alexandra's reaction was revealing: she literally tore the letter of intent out of her hands and tore it to pieces. Bottom line: an extremely negative experience. Incompetence of managers, contradictory information, manipulation of deposits, lack of transparency in pricing, attempts to impose non-existent payments that were not foreseen by the bank, and constant ignoring. I highly recommend not contacting this car center.

They were fed with promises that they would be sent soon. As a result, it was sent only after 20 days. They did not dare to take the Russification of the car from them, trust was greatly undermined.
