Good parking lot with carports. It's a quiet place, not a lot of people. The price does not differ from other parking lots. You can put it on for one day, or sign a contract for renting a place. There are quite a few available places, most of them are rented under the contract. Right on the territory there is a tire service, a service station, and car painting.
