The lobby and corridors are perhaps the most decent places in this hotel. There is no declared refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. The furniture is in poor condition. Mattresses have been out of date for a long time. The bedclothes are washed outrageously. The blankets were clearly subjected to some kind of violence ((Towels were given out with a fight. The staff is ready to communicate only in Kazakh and Chinese (!) and insist on these languages for communication.
As a result, the choice of another hotel. Fortunately, the money was returned without a fight.
I do not recommend it.

Доброжелательный персонал. Номер чистый, аккуратный. Красивое постельное бельё. Завтраки не предусмотрены, но рядом есть вполне приличные места где можно вкусно поесть. Хорошая транспортная развязка, проспект Сейфуллина, на автобусе до центра города 30 мин., на такси 19-21мин.
