Many issues can be resolved. Only when you come to the office, for example, you cannot close a deposit through the application for some past century. And the online version of the online bank has not been working for more than a year. So in general, the bank lags behind its brothers in the shop;))

I contacted support several times, did not receive a clear answer, they advise me to reinstall the application, reinstalled it to no avail! I went to the bank, took a graph showing the correct amount of debt, and the increased amount of debt remained in the application! But these are not just numbers! It's MONEY! How can a bank afford to make such mistakes?
